- Click on start button and type all files and folders.
- As this page appears type sacnpst.exe in the all or part of the file name.
- Double click on the sacnpst.exe file for scanning.
2. If your PST file gets corrupted then create a new PST file
- In the outlook express, click on file menu and then click on info tab on this menu.
- Click on accounts settings and then click on data files option.
- Then click on Add to open Create Outlook data file dialog box.
- In this dialog box enter a file name for fresh .pst file and then click on ok.
- Now you have your new PST file.
